Add-ons include yard deodorizing for high-traffic dog runs and patio sanitizing for amenity areas.

Property managers also receive consistent reporting: a service-complete notification after every visit, plus monthly summaries documenting service dates, areas covered, and any issues observed (overflowing receptacles, damaged stations, resident violations).
